I checked into this hotel for a quick trip to Mississippi. Had a decent night except for we could never get the air flow going properly but really no big complaints. The next day, we checked out around 0750 am. We got a call while we were on the highway accusing us of drawing on the sheets there. Myself and my significant other are both in our 40s. The lady that called us was vey rude and never once tried to talk about what was going on, she automatically accused us and said that she was going to charge my credit card for damaging the sheets in the room and hung up the phone in my ear. I called back to try and see what was going on and asked her why would we damage anything knowing that my credit card was on file? She said in a sarcastic voice "your credit card already declined"..so she had already attempted to charge me before the situation was investigated.I was in disbelief about this whole situation. I called several times just to get hung up on or to be talked to like I was less of a person by a female who is supposed to be a manager Jesse and Ashley. After a few days went by of them telling me they would talk to me but never did, I got a call apologizing saying that they had mixed up my first name with another guest. Even though, in the beginning, she specifically said that I had done the crime and called out my name, the time i left and my room number. They took down my address and said that I would get an apology letter two weeks ago but I never got it. I'm just saying, if u go there, check your sheets thoroughly because they might not be clean and when the room is being cleaned, you may be charged for what someone else did before you. I do a lot of traveling and deal with a lot of people and I have never been treated like this before. I will NEVER go back there again..beware and check your sheets
I love the look of the hotel. Rooms are spacious, although older. Bed was comfy though. Not that far from the casinos but a ways. Room was hotel opinion clean. It could have been better. They allow pets and they have always put us on the bottom floor. Weekend prices are to high for what you get but they get it.
Very friendly, courteous staff, great free wifi, very comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Their is a good selection of complimentary breakfast items til 9:30am!! I would DEFINITELY recommend! I also want to say the Housecleaning ladies were super courteous, and very sweet! Did a GREAT job!
Would stay there again. Very nice place, people. The complement breakfast they serve was very updated.
I stayed at the Hotel and left some of my things in the room overnight but I didn't stay.The housekeeper must have thought she had a right to go through my things and take what she wanted.And the room was still mine's until the next day check out. This happened to me at Key West Inn in Robinsonville Mississippi.I have stayed in the hotels before never had a problem. Spoke with the manager and all I got was I'm sorry..Will never stay there again. Had to have the housekeeper to clean the remote control to the TV it was filthy. I didn't think much about that cuz you could have overlooked it. Clean up and stay out
