No elevator, some bedroom doors do not even close tight because do not match the door frame, bathroom tile floor squeaks as you step on each tile since tiles are loose from the grout, water damage stains in bedroom ceiling. The bathroom sink counter is very small. Coffee maker didnt work.
Very friendly service. Room was your standard budget motel with nothing to complain about. Room was relatively clean and everything worked great, although it did seem a bit dated. Would recommend for those looking for a budget motel in the area.
We love where it is located. Close enough to all the food and casinos but off by itself. This allows for a quiet, good night stay. Stacy Binder, the manager is so nice and helpful. When asked she recommended some great places to eat. She made sure our stay was nice and helped make it so enjoyable. The only problem I had was I wish it had a swimming pool.
On the plus side, the hotel was quiet when we stayed, the room has microwave, small fridge, and TV. AC unit worked well.
We checked in late for a one-night stay during a road trip. The lady at the front desk was courteous, the room's AC worked well, and the furniture was a bit old but otherwise everything was clean. The large mini-fridge and microwave were nice touches for a budget room.
The General Manager, Stacy, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel. When I walk in she did acknowledge me. She was in the process of explaining the key to an elderly couple. Stacy is friendly and patience with the guest - Kudos! Keep up the good work. The room was clean and I slept very well and I had an iron.
