The experience was not good at all. After checking in, my sister-in-law's key did not work for her room. When I received our room key the room that was assigned was completely filthy. Doing the continental breakfast Hotel guests were forced to leave when the continental breakfast time was over even if they had not finished their breakfast. Also there was no hot water at the hotel, when we checked in on November 4th 2017. Would not recommend this property at all.
My first and last time to cross their threshold.
Luckily, the friends that were with me kept the mood jovial.
Absolutely the worst casino experience ever!!! Worst customer service, worst restaurant service, worst managerial service!!! Smoking floors of hotel positioned between non-smoking floors causing the smoke to drift into the top non-smoking floor.
Rooms clean and dated, but great for overnight stay. Buffet was fabulous but deserted by 7:30. We will go back.
Had to go back to room to get a bottle of water because no one would serve drinks on the floor, machine malfunctioned but no one around to even check on you after a 30 minute wait, no machines paying off...when all of this was reported to managers, they could not have cared less.
If less than one star were an option, that would have been my rating.
My first jackpot was at Resorts and I was playing with my Hollywood card in the machine. After hitting 4 Aces with a kicker on a quarter bet at the bar I hit a Major Progressive for over $1,000. The staff at resorts and the response from management about any issues I've had has been excellent, just like Hollywood.
We had a girls trip and stayed at resorts, it was more affordable for us. We had a great time. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
