We rented a hotel room for Dec 31, 2017. this happen on Dec. 16 and 8 days later they cancel our reservations saying they were remodeling the floor that our room was on. then a friend of ours rented a room the same night. when it was brought to the attention of the hotel. they wanted to place blame on some other company that placed our reservations. well one thing for sure I'll not be going back to that hotel. This is really sorry business. after we booked our room they turn around and booked someone. so you do not desire a high rating like before from me.
I went to the buffet at the Fitz casino for Christmas dinner and my debit card was charged $50 for one person (myself). I looked at my bank statement and called the casino to get my money back and got the complete run around! The manager over the casino told me that he had nothing to do with what happens in the buffet. I finally got the buffet manager on the phone and she took my information and let me know that she'd call me back....I'm still waiting on that call. My family and I will definetly be dinning elsewhere from now on, and I am so going to spread the word
A friend told me Fitzgerald Casino is the best casino in Tunica Mississippi . I've played at all the casinos in the Tunica Mississippi area. And she was right! I win when I play at Fitzgerald. Live bands. Great concerts. Plenty of boxing. Moving my play to the Fitz really improve my gaming experience!
They don't pay out enough. I can't believe I gave them a 2 really don't deserve that maybe a half a star... I changed it to a one. Y'all need to start paying more people are tired of paying there that's why I went to another place first. And was just looking for a friend at Fitz. And played just for a few minutes. Because they weren't paying any thing so we left and went somewhere else.
The staff at the Fitz is always an amusing bunch that have made us feel welcome during our visits. This is also the ONLY casino in Tunica that welcomed us back when we visited again (and we didn't even stay overnight here!) I've heard that the loosest slots are at the Fitz. I can't attest for that, but I can say that even when losing I had a blast. The last visit, I ended up losing about $80 over four hours of slot play. Four hours!! I had a blast the entire time. We believe they have the best table games in town! I don't even play the table games but usually stop by to see how my better half is doing on them. He walked away from throwing dice with a few extra hundred dollars this time so it all worked out very well. I will come back to the Fitz every time I visit Tunica, I can promise you that!
